AYAC 2025 is being shaped as a space for all attendees to grow deeper in their walk with Christ, to be spiritually renewed, and to experience a refreshing time of fellowship.

Where is AYAC 2025 taking place?
On ground at WCI – Dartford, 1 Churchill Close, Green Street Green Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1QE
Will church be providing accommodation?
Accommodation will not be provided. Please refer to the accommodation info page for full details on where and how to book your stay near the Designated Shuttle Stops.
Will church be providing food?
Food will not be provided. Please see the food info section, where you can find details about the available onsite vendors.
When does the conference begin?
The conference begins on the 22nd July 2025, with the first session taking place at 6pm.
When is the last day of the conference?
The conference is scheduled to end on the 27th July 2025. However, attendees can leave EHQ by the 26th, where the onsite programmes will end by 12pm. The 27th is expected to be Thanksgiving, which will take place in local stations.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes, transportation will be provided from select locations to and from the conference site (WCI Dartford – EHQ). These locations are referred to as Designated Shuttle Stops, which are likely to be hotels or local accommodations in the Dartford area. Please note that this refers only to shuttle transport from your accommodation to the conference venue. This does not refer to transportation from your home station or city to Dartford.
